Here’s the breakdown for your 2020 Vision

Week 1-2:

Create your own personal 2020 vision with crystal clarity on your goals

Get clear on your vision of your dreams and turn them into goals. It’s time to declare what you want and narrow down your focus.

  • Choose goals that don’t overwhelm you before you even got started
  • Use a customized goal-setting template to maintain 2020 vision
  • Pick the 4 most important goals and 1-2 OMG I’m excited goals

Week 3-4:

Create a strategic plan and create habits that support you

Setting goals isn’t enough. You have to know how to get there and we’ll create an action plan to build habits and identify the next steps.

  • Lay foundation habits and dismantle old ones
  • Choose your daily and weekly priorities
  • Become aware of mindset challenges

Weeks 5-12:

Take action and don’t give excuses a chance

It’s time to take action and you’ll be given tools and tips to handle challenges that are sure to come up and master them with confidence.  

  • Use the secret power of journaling
  • Learn and use mindset tricks to eliminate procrastination
  • Use weekly reflection and review to avoid getting stuck

 

During our time together, you will be able to be supported, receive ongoing personal accountability and execution

And so you can reflect on 2020 and know that you owned, we’ll develop an accountability plan for the year so you can stay focused and motivated no matter what’s trying to jump into your way.  

We will work together for 12 weeks, with weekly 1-hour zoom sessions!

You will have unlimited access to me during that time via email!

I’ll be real with you, I tend to be unapologetically honest and transparent about my own challenges in life and know all about the excuses you are making and therefore avoiding and resisting taking action.

For years I didn’t believe in myself nor could I envision being a healthier parent, a published author, and a business owner. But there is nothing like hitting emotional rock bottom and finally calling it quits on the stories we tell ourselves in order to keep playing small.

When my son was diagnosed at age 4 with a potentially fatal rare genetic disorder, I knew at that moment, I could no longer keep hiding behind all the reasons I told myself and believed I couldn’t go after my dreams. I knew that my intuition was the most important element that had kept him alive until that point and that if he can be fighting to stay alive then I had no more excuses to go after my goals.

And that meant, shedding all the layers that no longer fit, getting clear on what I wanted to be, do and have in my life, and taking consistent action and smashing the mindset chatter that’s less than helpful in order to make it happen.

I’m not afraid to call you out on your own bullshit and if you believe that thoughts and prayers are your solutions, then I am not the person for you.

Doing more of what you want, going after your dreams and goals requires action and some sacrifices and the truth is there is no “one size fits all secret solution”.

Everyone is different and so are the dreams and goals and seriously you aren’t meant to live your life like everyone else.
